The Ausable Chasm is a 400-foot wide natural chasm that has been entertaining and amazing visitors for over 100 years. Visitors are invited to stroll down the Inner Sanctum trail, moving over and under sturdy bridges, with the beautiful Adirondack Forest and Ausable River over 100 feet below, or take an inner tube or raft ride down the river. The chasm is located north of the town of Au Sable, near Keeseville.
Open daily Jul - Aug: 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; mid-May - Jun and Sep - Oct: 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Admission: Adults $16; Children (5-12) $9; Children under 5 are free. Rafting and tubing $9.
